Well Its Month 6 of 2026 and I have had a lot happen this year. Marriage, Moving, etc…. My last few releases have been kinda last minute and not at the beginning of the month, but I did make my deadline.
With that, I am excited for the release of Dirty Troglodyte. I wrote this about 3 years back and have been wanting to release it this whole time, but really wanted to do a video for it. With time and money not being readily available to do it the way I would like to it may have to wait a bit, but I really do want to make one on this song. I wrote it after covid when it seemed like everyone was hiding in their caves and having everything delivered to their house. What an interesting time. I felt that so many people were living in fear and losing out on face to face relationships. So That was the catalyst of this song. I even made the mat some fake packing tape and label and a few other things to get ready to shoot a video, but never had the right resources to do so. I’m adding a few images below of some of the things I made for the video along with both of my album covers. I had to create one with the frowny face to appease the online streamer requirements. They don’t allow additional lettering besides the name of the song and the band name on the album cover.
